GREAT Customer Service from beginning to end. Spoke to Alex (Concord Store)on phone before going in about a stainless steel oven and he was very knowledgable about the inventory. After arriving, Alex was very thorough in assisting me with my purchase. The price was also right in my budget! The delivery also went off without any problems. I highly recommend the Concord Store.

We purchased a Samsung five burner gas stove online from American Freight back in mid December 17th. It arrived Monday before New Year’s Eve. Upon opening the box and gathering all the items that go on the stove, we realized that some of the parts were missing. Which were 3 burner caps, middle burner and the reverse griddle plate. Also we realized that the quality control isn’t the best because the grates were not wrapped given it could further scratch the stove. Just learned about this company and that it has a location at the old sears outlet in Gravois Bluffs in Fenton MO went there and bought a refrigerator it ended up not being quite what we expected and there was some issues, I contacted the store manager and explained the situation and He and his staff were more than understanding and kind. They handled this situation proffesionally and went the extra step to make sure we were happy. Take your business elsewhere. These people are poorly trained. I bought a couch from here 7 months ago. The couch arrived later then they said it would. They were already pulling money from my bank account before the couch even arrived! Here I am 7 months later. I have paid every single payment on time and in full, but I’m being told I owe MORE money then the original leased amount. I had left a review reflecting on an issue I had with my pickup order. Had the store manager Tiffany call and resolve the problems within hours. She went above and beyond to correct the problem to make sure that I was comfortable with the solution. It's unfortunate that the problem occurs in the first place but I was happy that I was still able to get a refrigerator at the end. Thank you for your help, Sean and Tiffany.

I wish we would have read these reviews before buying. We purchased a washing machine and dryer. The delivery was poor to begin with as they originally only delivered the dryer. After wasting more calls they arranged to have the washer out later that night. That arrived. First of all, there was what looked like white putty all inside the washing machine. On November 28, 2020 I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from the American Freight store in Amarillo and paid to have it shipped to my residence just outside of Houston. I trusted American Freight because they were formally Sears Outlet, which I mistakenly assumed had good reputation in customer service due to their association with the Sears name. I bought a recliner in March 2020 it broke within a month I filed a claim right away, it said it could take up to 60 days for it to go thru months later nothing finally called the store and they said they would look into it for me and get back and well I still have the broken ass chair...very disappointed and will not buy from their again now.
