I ordered some end tables from the Cahokia IL , to come to find out 3 weeks later that those tables had been discontinued. I went to the store off Page Ave in St. Louis were I was greeted by Drew I was returning a chair that was damage and he let me swap my chair out for one of the chairs he had in the store. Purchased a GE Profile slide in gas range 1/22/21. I hired a professional plumber to install. I expected to pay less for a scratch and dent but not for an unsafe, broken, hazardous item. I was told item was open box never sold before. Range has a completely broken gas line that connects to regulator. Not sure anyone bothered testing item out before re-selling. It should be illegal to sell untested and unsafe products. Store wants me to contact manufacturer. Item should have never been sold in the first place!

Never, Ever Again! I am a first time American Freight (AF) buyer who just purchased a $769 refrigerator online on October 12, 2020. have to agree with a few other qp. DO NOT waste your hard earned money buying anything from American Freight. I am having a horrible experience with them right now, and I can tell you once they get your money, it's over. I purchased a lawn tractor, paid to have it delivered It never started and this was in October. They said I received what I paid for. I guess I did if I bought a lawn ornament. Like another reviewer stated. Next step BBB. Horrible customer service, and forget about trying to get a repair appointment. BAD

Do not back their product, do not back the extended warranty that is sold either. Bought couch and oversized chair, with the warranty that covers "EVERYTHING". After a year both pieces of furniture started falling apart. Made a claim with them, and was told rips due to unraveling is not covered by them or the warranty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

As a Traveling Frontline Worker, I've been a long time customer with American Freight for many years throughout several states. It wasn't until my recent experience in Miami, FL, that l had tge most horrible disappointment with this locations store (Marc) AND regional managers (Jay K.).
