Absolutely awful customer service that makes the deals you offer obsolete when you realize what a nightmare the actual buying experience is. I walked into the ***********, ** store and requested a stackable washer/dryer. We were shown a GE set by the salesman and decided to move forward with the purchase, paying for full delivery and installation. I would recommend this company to anyone. My loan amount borrowed was on $1140, and only owed less than 300 dollars within the time provided. I pulled my credit report and it shows a balanced owed of over $5000. Someone please tell my how do you get that amount for a balance under 300 dollars. Keep in mind we purchased this furniture in 2019, and here it is 2021, this balance should have been paid off. The financing company is responsible for the contract so any questions should be directed to them. The number for American First Finance is ************. A copy of the lease agreement which includes all terms and fees is sent directly to the email used to open the financing agreement for signing before the contract is completed but they can answer any additional questions you might have.
Went to my local American Freight store to purchase a new sofa. The flyer on the sofa I chose said the sofa was $599.00. While finalizing the sale I was told that the price after taxes was about $1100 and change. I stated that the tag said $599 and he said that was the price of a chair. I feel very strongly that this was false advertising!

Little to no communication for 4 months while awaiting order. I was promised a phone call when order arrived. Finally went up to store in person to be told my order had been completely discontinued and the assistant manager never even bothered to call. I was blown. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My furniture was not delivered on the delivery date and I was never contacted. Here is the story. I purchased a front load washer yesterday. **** ***** was the gentleman that helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the washers they had. **** helped me match my needs to the appropriate washer. It was a great experience I would highly recommend it.

If you read on ****** about reviews this ace actually shows 5 stars or so..it says customers only issues was thinking items were of low quality because price so low...these are the facts the low price is for cash purchase which most businesses do then same when ********* in full.. if you make payments your paying over 144 % interest they dont tell you that either .sounds like delivery people arent trained or just have no common sense..
