I would give -10 if I could. I ordered online and was confirmed delivery date. I called the store and was told my items were out of stock but they already took my money. $1500+/-... now I'm sitting in an empty house with no furniture and no money... refund 5/10 business days... never order from America Freight!!!

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator on *****.con in January . In July I realized the fridge stopped working and I contacted ***** and the technician was booked until August so I waited. Once the tech guy arrived he orders some parts in order to fix the fridge. The parts never arrived. I contacted ***** and after 45 days they granted a replacement fridge. I visited this store a week ago (September 24th) and purchased a refrigerator for my new home, this part of my experience went really well. The horrible delivery and customer service that I experienced on September 28th is why I'm leaving the review. The delivery "guys" were completely incompetent, not only failing to get my refrigerator into my home but actually left a huge amount of damage to my wall in the process, and complained that I shouldn't have bought such a big fridge. Would not deliver fridge on scheduled time. Then refused to refund money. Terrible company. Do not forget you can take them to small claims court and get your money back quite easily.

This is a horrible company I don’t see how they are still in business. Went there to purchase a Samsung refrigerator we did our research so we j ew which model we were searching for an trying to get a deal. Well they had what we wanted but it was missing a tray in the freezer. They tell us that they will ship the try later to get us to purchase right then. If I could give zero stars I WOULD!!! I bought a couch from American Freight in April 2022. I called in May 22 to find out how to file a warranty claim because the foot rest was not releasing when you pull the handle. It took me several weeks to get to the right website to file my claim. The store I purchased it from was absolutely NO help at all! If I was able to give them 0 stars I would. I canceled a order with them and they was supposed to put a portion of my refund back on my debit card and the rest they said corporate would be mailing me a check. I've been fighting with these people for almost 2 months about my remaining money. I still haven't received it. Everytime I call it's always a different story. They will rip you off. I don't recommend them at all!!!!!

I don't mind that "all sales are final," which they don't really proclaim. What I do mind is their deceptiveness. They show a bedroom set including a bed, but they don't make it plain that the bed is not included. When you search for box springs, they show you foundations, which are a different thing entirely, and they don't explain the difference.

Dishwasher I bought was junk. Im asking for a refund. Was missing parts and not ready for install as promised. Drain line was cut off and they gave a short one that was cracking. Water line was also not oem as promised. I just want money back and return item bought today. This is a shady company. Reporting to state.
