They really need to check and develop a better information flow to the customers. We ordered a dryer for pickup at the Fredricksburg, VA store and got an email titeled "order confirmation and what to expect next". Then it stated very clearly that the item was available for pickup anytime during the stores regular opening hours and to bring the email together with a valid ID. So we drove from D.C to pick it up the following day. (about a 1 hour drive one way). At the store we presented our order confirmation and to our supris... read more

AMERICAN Freight really cares about their customer service. I ordered a dryer on their website, this dryer was in voorhees, NJ. For some reason, the computer kicked it to the Delaware Ohio store, I live in Delaware. I called them because I had received an email showing that the order had been cancelled, I was so shocked and disappointed, seeing as they were the only ones that had my model of dryer left within in the price I wanted to pay. This place is awful. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a table and chairs, first I had a bad chair but they replaced it Then, three weeks after purchasing the table leg came unglued. I contacted the store they didn’t do anything, I called customer service and they said I had to deal with the manufacturer even though it had been less than thirty days. It’s been two weeks and I still have no table.

Business response:

The manufacturer needs to be engaged on issues with their products to ensure they are aware and can address as needed. Store management advised they did receive an authorization to replace the item and were contacting you to arrange the exchange. Please contact them directly to set up the exchange if you have not already.
