I ordered a dresser/mirror and paid for next day delivery. I waited until late morning and no call, I called the location and they said there was no delivery driver. I had to drive down there to refund the next day delivery and waited I don't know how long for them to figure it out. Finally I scheduled a next week delivery and NO DELIVERY. I was told they got a big shipment and two guys were unloading a truck and guess what, no delivery. I had to cancel the order, I have no idea what kind of problem I'll have getting refunde... read more

Only gave 1 star because I had to. Employees including the manager is very rude and **** at customer service. They are currently giving me a hard time with my warranty. I will never recommend them to anyone.

We are sorry you had an issue with your item. Warranties are filed via the manufacturer warranty process. American Freight store management indicated they assisted with completion of the warranty claim. Now that the claim is properly filed, the warranty provider will review.

We bought a Fridge on 8/29 at that time the sales person offered an extended warranty, which we thought we didnt need since we were buying a good and reliable appliance. Guess what? The Fridge stopped working 2 days later, all ** food went to waste. I called them and they informed me that I was on my own and to contact the manufacturer. G.E will be able to come a week later. I decided to get a repair person, I paid $90 just for the consultation, he said the motor and compressor are broken and it will cost $800 to repair. So ... read more

The BBB is a paid sponsor for BS. How can a company with this many complaints and reviews have an A+ rating. Total BS. The delivery service *****. I took a day off of work and waited all day for delivery. Would not give me a period of time. Only that the driver will call 1/2 hr before delivery. I was needed a freezer before the Labor Day weekend.

I bought a side by side Frigidaire in March and compressor went out in July and took ********** a week to send send a "repairman" to tell me the compressor was out in ten minutes but they don't work on closed systems so I have to wait another 3 weeks for the tech to come and after 3 hours waiting on him the call and sY THEIR GUY WASN'T DOING HIS ROUTE THAT DAY SO THEY NEED TO RESCHEDULE FOR THREE MORE WEEKS OUT. will have been without a refriderator for 2 months if they show September 14th. ****, couldn't get ******,** Ameri... read more

American Freight practices bait and switch marketing. We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator at the ************* store. At the time, we were desperate for a refrigerator because our old one stopped working. They promised quick delivery.We settled on a refrigerator in fairly good shape. I bought a bedroom set had it for 3 months before it fall apart also the door on the dresser is split contact assurance they approve the damage product to be taken care of however it being over 2 months now and still american freight has not contacted me as to how they plan to resolve this issue.. would not recommend them.. no star

I purchased a bed from American Freight that was supposed to be delivered within a qeek of making the purchase. I have contacted them both over the phone and in person at least 3 times after the initial delivery date. I have gotten nothing bit the run around for several days. On multiple occasions I've been told that I can get a refund or a discount. I was never told in good timing that there was a problem with receiving my full order which is what bothers me. Hello- I am writing in to file an complaint on the douglasville location. I have waiting since May for my ** washing machine, it's now the end of August. When I purchased both the washer and dryer, I was made aware that the washing machine was on back order, but a shipment was due to come within two to three weeks which I agreed to.
