Purchased a bedroom set all wood. I notice that a couple of weeks ago that these brown little beetles were on the bed (they are not bed bugs.) Long story short we needed to tighten the screws on the bed and notice that on the slats were the same beetle i saw two weeks ago in all 4 corners of the bed popping out the wood slats went to the store yesterday was told that manager wasn't there he will be in wed, ok we go back today and talk to the manager i tell him what the problem is he proceed to say no our ptoducts are shipped... read more

I wish I could give this company no stars! Like from the jump them and their dumb ass warranty company is a legit scam! They sale you janky furniture and they are no help replacing it! I really hate that these companies don’t care about how hard ppl work for their money and they just scam u because they can

I ordered a sectional from American Freight that arrived late, unboxed, and smashed. I have spent the last 10 days calling their customer service team requesting they schedule a pickup of this destroyed item they sent me and replace it with an undamaged one. Each time I call they say they will reach out in 24-48 hours to coordinate pickup and begin the exchange process. They never do. They "escalated" my claim, which apparently just means they call the store you ordered it from and tell them to call you. This does nothing. T... read more

Initially a nice experience, purchased reclining sofa and love seat in January 2022 at the Hagerstown, MD store. Fast forward to January 2023. Both sides of the reclining sofa have stopped reclining, called the store which informed me that I have a 5 year warranty and to contact the warranty company and gave me the website for said company. I immediately went to the website and tried to file a claim. The website stated that there was no account in my name. I purchased a sectional on 1/16 after I was told by staff in the store that was sectional came connected (though the floor model was not). The couch delivered without any connections and it slides all over our tile floors. I emailed on 1/30, shortly after it delivered to inquire about the hardware to which I was told they would deliver to my home. I purchased an Electrolux dryer online then spoke with DALTON to schedule a delivery. Next Day Delivery meant 3 days later for American Freight. On the day of the delivery, I let the installers into my garage where I needed the dryer installed, and I went back inside because I was with my children. After installation, I came outside to see that they installed a completely different dryer, a Maytag. ZERO RATING!!!! After 20 trips to the store in ******* ********I finally bought a dishwasher. The customer service was bitter sweet, which should have been my first red flag. Anyway, I selected a Magtag model that look new with a small dent because I heard it was a dependable model. I got it home, installed it . The store on Wheatland Rd, in Dallas is the worst store for customer service that I've ever seen. TJ the delivery driver drop a boxed couch in the middle of my living room floor, delivered as a replacement for the broken one, when they put the old one in the truck, they drove off leaving my front door wide open, l might add that l am almost 70yrs old, l did know what happened, when l called the store, the acting mang.called them and they said " wasn't their job to put it together, but these are the same guys who did it the f... read more
