Highly upset with this company I bought living room furniture from them and had issues and the first set was replaced easy no hassles then our second set broke and I filled out a claim for it and the insurance and the store have given me nothing but a hassle and then one person tells me something and another tells me another thing just highly aggravated with this and still not satisfied with the outcome

I financed a stackable W/D and a queen-size bed from the Wichita Falls Tx store. My contract clearly says that after the 2nd payment, I have the option of returning the merchandise without any further obligation, or I can pay it off at that time for the purchase price or pay on it for 2 years with finance charges included. I called to ask what the process is for returning the merchandise and was told that the store does not accept returns. As a business owner of two companies, I would be out of business if we were to conduct ourselves in the manner that American Freight does. We went in after looking at the website which it just so happens every single piece of furniture that was supposed to be a good deal was not in their store inventory. I wish I could give zero stars because 1 star is too many. I purchased a mattress on the website and had my cousin pick it up for me due to he had a truck. As soon as my cousin pulled up w/ the mattress I called the company to return the mattress. It was horrible and thin and it should be crime to sell that thing. I was told I couldn't return it due to their policy. Now I have a mattress I can't use unless I want to be at a chiropractor for back pain. Now I have to go somewhere else and purchase another mattress.??

They will sell you any appliance, of which you have no way of knowing it actually runs/works. When that $900. dishwasher with a 3 year warranty is dead on arrival, you cannot file a claim online for re-imbursement because their website will not accept ANY amount “under purchase price” that you enter (up to 15 tries). And the phone number WILL NOT let you talk to a real person. So I tried to buy a $1,500 couch from these folks because it worked really well in my living room they told me no I had to finance it and then I could just pay it off whenever. Found out that I didn't actually Finance it I was leasing it for the rest of my life. I'm about 2 years into this they take out $150 every two weeks out of my paycheck if you do the math it's a whole whole lot of money the maturity date on it isn't until like 2027 so I asked what it would take just to buy it out right now the guy told me it was going ... read more

I bought a box springs and mattress from them supposed to have been top of the line the first time my grandson who weighs about 60 lb laid down on it there was a defect in the mattress and it sunk down I have called the business multiple times promised a phone call back never got them so I am not paying them anything on my account until this has been taken care of and I would like for it to be just paid in full because of the hassle and me having to wait and have in company coming in this weekend again I will not have a bed ... read more

If I could take away stars I would. The customer service for this place is completely outrageous. My husband and I purchased three appliances from American Freight two days ago. The appliances were delivered yesterday late afternoon. This morning I attempted to use our new dryer and it would not work. It was clearly broken internally making loud screeching noises. I bought a new stove and refridgerator scratch and dent. When I got the stove installed a week later the oven did not work. I called the store and they told me they only guarantee it for 48 hours. Since we are redoing the entire kitchen it is unreasonable to think I get everything installed in that time frame. I called GE and they said that the one year factory warranty had expired!!
