Horrible place to shop. Store#** located Warren Mi. Waited for month to receive the product and when delivered product was damaged and broken bedroom set. Please stay away take your money somewhere else not worth the headache.

“We’ll get you taken care of” I’ll try to make a long story short. I’ve had numerous issues with the mattress, box spring and railing that I purchased. The manager forgetting to add an item to the order leaving it outside of the warranty. Me having to personally retrieve an ottoman, (of course it was broken) so there was no recourse, and multiple broken box springs. I bought a couch in February it's almost April and I still haven't received it so I called them to see when I would get it the lady on the phone goes I don't even know why they sold you this couch we're still waiting on them since last year. I said so you can't tell me that you're going to know when the couch comes in and she said no so I'm stuck here out over $1,000 on a couch that I may or may not get. They didn't even offer to give me a desk on a different one or anything.

Purchased 3 piece living room set with recliner sofa about 15 months ago and the back broke on one of the recliners, after filing a warranty claim we were told this was not covered after being assured this would be covered under warranty

If could give this company zero stars, I would. I visited the Rock hill, SC today and had a horrible experience. The assistant manager, Joanne, boisterous and rude. ZERO STARS! Purchased a sectional from the **** ********** *** ********* ** *****location on 2/26/2023. Had to wait until 3/4/2023 to receive the delivery of the furniture. Upon receiving the delivery, I removed the plastic. Immediately I noticed glaring issues with furniture. There were holes, tears and missing pieces of the furniture. After seeing this I contacted the store. Asked for a manager. American Freight records indicate the merchandise was picked up and refunded. Stores have very full truck schedules but the pickup was completed on 3/9/23. Refunds are processed against the tender used on the purchase. The original request to exchange the item for one double the price was declined as this is not within store policy.
I was a first time buyer and ordered a brand new side-by-side refrigerator from the Clearwater location #**** at the beginning of January 2023 and after a two month wait it was ready for delivery. They didn’t call me so I called them and it had arrived. They must only deal with dented and damaged appliances, but I thought I was waiting 2 months and getting a new undamaged item.
