Purchased the unit below in Vestal, NY on 01/8/2022 with a full 5 year warranty. Made a claim on 8/4/2023 after noticing the fraying, ripping apart of cushions and the infrastructure of the back being lose. Again, made claim on 8/4/2023. Because of a clerical issue (putting 7/1/2023 instead of 8/1/2023, they will not honor, work with, or allow a re-file of claim even though I am only approx18 out of 60months into the warranty umbrella and I was soaked for the warranty $. I would NOT recommend America Freight or Assurant insu... read more
