I just bought a fridge from them and also bought haul away service. The fridge was supposed to be delivered today and they just called to tell me they can't haul away my old fridge. Don't do business with them.

The passenger in the delivery truck was so unprofessional cursing and degrading our home over and over he made my entire family hide until they left. He was complaining of the build of the home, complaining of having to do 6 deliveries in 1 day, saying “f this” and “f that” over and over while throwing his hands in the air. The driver remained quiet and calm, he was professional about the ordeal. However he only took 1 picture of 1 spot of the floor they damaged. we purchased a brand new build, our home was in perfect condit... read more

After I posted about my problem the other day, I received an email with a phone number to call and was told the problem would be taken care of (which was a horrible attitude, a DELIVERY OF A COUCH WITH THE LEGS DETACHED which i was supposed to attach), as well as not being given ANY timeframe as to when the next delivery was (this was deliberate as the regional manager was annoyed that I complained about the couch) Anyway, I called the number the FB advocate provi... read more
