Stay away they lie just to get the sales! i bought my set from them in 2021. I submitted the claim it was through Guardian. They sent out a tech and decided they need to replace it instead. Well once i'm at the store they Key holder Dennis explains the price went up so now i would have to pay over 200 for the new couch. Of course they wont tell you this when you are paying the additional 200-300 for the warranty. I bought Electrolux Washer ELFW7537A 4.5 xu. Ft. Front Load Washer from American Freight. The customer service when we bought it was excellent. Within 24 hours, they installed the machine at home smoothly within 10 minutes. Livan is the technician who installed it. He did a great job and waited until it ran 15 minutes cycle to ensure the machine is working. I would strongly recommend American Freight to my friends and will continue to go to them for all my future purchases. Thank you.

The Penn Hills location is a joke!!!!! I was first happy with the customer service when initially purchasing my furniture. once they received my money that’s where the customer service ended. They entered the wrong delivery date and I had to threaten to cancel my $5,500 purchase which I should have done. They sold one of my dressers to someone else and promised to get another one which didn’t happen, the manager Tim would not schedule a delivery date to pick up the dresser from another store. American Freight Did Not Deliver This is us with an empty U-Haul after the worst customer service experience we have received in 30 years as a consumer and CEO. Another American Freight location referred us to the Lawrenceville, Georgia location because they did not have the king sized bed in stock and it was on the website. I bought a sofa and recliner. The sofa was broken and I had to fight to get them to pick it up and return it .then had to fight to get my refund for the furniture warranty back which I only got part of it back Sent to the finance company. They stole 53 dollars of it I contacted them with no response. . Will Never buy furniture from them again

RIPOFF! Bought a 24" Whirlpool dishwasher that was used maybe 2 - 3 x week and lasted less than three years. Bought a replacement from them. Rec'd email confirmation, drove all the way there to pick it up and was told sorry - even though our site displayed SIX in stock we have none but how about you shop and pick out something else higher priced? RIP OFF.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a dishwasher online and manager called hours later after I already left to go pick up and said he had forgotten to take it out of inventory and it was broken. He said he credited my account already. He hadn't he debited my bank account so I had 2 charges from them with no dishwasher. I made 3 calls and he wouldn't talk to me again. I finally had to call my bank to get them to refund it. I will never do business with them again. They had my money tied up for weeks without a product.
