American Freight i visited 2 locations, one on rodi road and one in N hills. Terrell at rodi road location was so helpful. He took his time and weighed out all my options. He wouldn't take the sale unless i was perfectly satisfied. He sent me to N hills because they had alot more inventory and they had the refrigerator i wanted. Both sales people were very helpful and friendly. I would buy again from them.

I had the worst experience with this store. Ordered a refrigerator online. Paid for it to be delivered 2 days later. Was told someone would contact me within 24 nours to set up scheduling. They never did. I called the morning of the scheduled delivery and was told it was on the truck and had two stops before me. Ok..not too bad, I figured. This was at 10:30 am. My fridge was finally delivered at 10:00 pm!l had to reach out numerous times for updates as the store never contacted me. Missed work, an evening event, and the cost... read more
