The Dr told my son he had walking pneumonia but when I got the summary of his appointment he actually had mono- I questioned this and Dr did apologize but WOW we could have continued contact sports and he could have ruptured his spleen. Bad miss!!!
The nurses were great and polite but the Dr was rude and could care less about the amount of pain I was in. I left in tears in a walking boot and crutches because I couldn't put weight on my ankle but yet I was told just to take Tylenol or Motrin for pain. They need to learn to care about their patients more and not just a paycheck!
I was a difficult patient, but they were still able to find a good resolve for my cooties. Thank you, Alicia, for being understanding and being an excellent shot giver! I barely felt a thing!
I have just begun visiting this location because I joined the Weigh 2 live program. Alicia and Takendra (sp?) have helped me on each of my respective visits and they have both been great - extremely efficient and friendly.
Really quick service and Nurse Alicia was very sweet! Made the process a whole lot easier! In and out in thirty minutes!
