I waited for a very long time to be seen for almost 5 minutes. I am not satisfied and I felt like I was being rushed out. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I waited over two hours to spend less than five minutes with a doctor who was rude and unhelpful. She did not listen at all and had no interest in helping me. I have never been treated this disrespectfully by someone who is supposed to be a medical professional. I will never return to American Family Care.
My daughter went here today for a swollen ankle and was treated by the most RUDE and unfeeling DR ever! My daughter called me after she left and was crying and said the DR did not even let her explain what was wrong! THEN She has the nerve to say follow up in a week! Ummmm NO! NO WAY SHE WILL EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE FEELING “LESS THAN” by some DR that evidently thinks SHE is too busy or too important TO CARE!

Horrible care, Dr. didn't make any sense, didn't follow basic standards of care.
I have been calling for two days for test results. No one answers the phone. I went up there this afternoon to get them in person. Doors locked at 5:00 even though they are open until 6:00. I am so frustrated! I called corporate to see if there was a problem with the Greystone office since no one was answering the phone. The person I talked to didn’t really care. I am not someone who likes to write bad reviews but y’all have got to do better.

Wrongfully billed, horrible customer service, wants money and does care about your needs. Be prepared to make several phone calls, get put on hold for extended period of time, then talked down to.
