Customer service is severely lacking. Saw a nurse roll her eyes at a patient and the front desk associates seemed bothered by anyone attempting to get help. An elderly woman was having trouble with the iPad and the receptionists did not care to help her. No smile or hello from anyone. Wait times are awful and they were not busy. I'm not sure if this is an overall lack of training, staffing issue or what. As a person in charge of customer service in my career, I am very dissapointed with my experience. I’ve only been here twice and I will not be back. The first time a few weeks ago I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours and also waited another 3 hours once they took me back. The doctor told me I had bronchitis. 3 days later I call back because I’m still sick and the doc on the phone says it’s because I don’t have bronchitis BUT THE FLU. so I had to go back spend another copay all while running 103 fever. I've been coming here for the past 5 years and the service has gotten worse with each visit in the past year. I understand wait times and it has nothing to do with waiting. The receptionist is rude and acts like it's an incovenience for her when you first walk up cause she was playing on here phone. The nurse who called us back was great and the doctor has been good so far but the hassle to get to the back is just ridiculous. So my daughter arrived there at 10 am. Waited 2.5 hours and was called back. After an hour in the room she went out to check how much longer she was told sorry they had forgotten about her. How can you trust medical care from anyone who forgets their patients. Terrible wait times. Terrible service and no professionalism.
Great staff just was a little wait but the staff was veryhelpful with letting us know that it would be a little wait. The only thing is that they swab daughters nose and didn't do strep test
This location is really nice. It’s usually faster but I knew this visit would long during this flu epidemic. Still better than other locations. Everyone is really nice. The Dr’s are thorough and give you their attention when it’s your time.
I was the first one in...no dr yet!! 35 min.. dr was eating breakfast at the dr table... all spread out.. eating her breakfast in my time!!!! Hate this place!!!
