When I took my young child here the office staff was nice but I felt they rushed us out because it was just before closing. They barely looked at my son who was very ill and wrote him a prescription for amoxicillin. Did no testing. He had fever and was vomiting in their office after just having had a dental procedure under anesthesia the day before! We were seen and out the door within 12mins! That's how little time they spent with us!
I was seen almost immediately! My concerns were alleviated and I received the proper treatment I was in need of. I highly recommend. Pharmacy on site.
I got so frustrated that I left before the nurse returned with shots that doc wanted to give me. Not a good day for them.
Unexpected trip to this amazing urgent care in Birmingham. They were so incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful!
Was in and out. Dr. Smith,NP was awesome. Took the time with my grandson and Noni gave me shots was awesome no pain. The lady that took my blood forget her name was very good. This is where I go when sick.
