To say that I have sisters that work for America First who I love dearly, but I am extremely upset with America First, Credit Union, and am in the process of moving all of my money to other financial institutions. We had fraud that we could show came from a different IP address, and America First will do nothing for us on business account, you have one day to recover your funds after that youre pretty much SOL, what Im really upset about is that there was no follow up to see how they are doing. The **** mobile app is complete trash. It is impossible to make payments to my loan within the app. Ive never once been able to. Every month I have to call in to make a payment. Today I finally had to head into the physical building to set up auto pay because you cant do that on the app either. Why have an app if people need to go in to the building anyway?

Very terrible customer service, I just called to try to refinance an auto loan and was on hold for 20 minutes, when someone finally answer she told me she needed to transfer me to the *********** and I got put back on hold for another 20 minutes, then when that Second Lady answered she also said she needed to transfer me to the *********** and once again got placed on hold for only 10 minutes this time then when the third lady answered she explained that my payment on my auto loan was already as low as it could go. It was a joke dealing with my car loan . My title was sent to someone with out my loan being paid off as well . I was sent to collections after they received 10 thousand dollars.

The absolute worst.The poorest customer service.They will lie to you at every chance they get.Utter incompetence.Will buy out my RV and finance with a company that knows what they are doing!!

I have never been so disappointed in my entire life with any business EVER!! I never leave reviews until today! My debit card has been shut off since sometime yesterday. I am unable to use it to get my daughters Christmas all finished up. I got paid Friday and went to use it Saturday and it kept getting declined. I ran it as credit and I ran it as debit. I wish i could put something lower than 1 star because America worst doesnt even deserve that. The lady i spoke with was very kind but I have only ever had problems with them and they secretly try to fine fees of any kind. HATE THEM SOOOOO MUCH!!!

Initially I rated a 1 star because I got into a s***** financial situation and every time I called a representative, no help or assistance was given to me. I also was never pointed in the right direction. However, after I complained here, the right people reached out to me. I am now very satisfied with the help that was provided to me. I am a little bit upset that it was essentially necessary to post a complaint here in order to be pointed in the right direction, but I am in a much better situation now than I was.
