Branch at Di*k's Store in *********, **. (I can't spell the whole name of the store, because the system thinks it's a profanity) HORRIBLE service and RACIST employees. I called customer service today (May 7th, 2025), due to some fraudulent activity on my account. I will NEVER use America First Credit Union again. Their practices are completely unreliable and dishonest. I was lied to multiple times by different representatives, given conflicting information, and left in the dark when it mattered most. They clearly do not value their members or operate with any integrity. If you're looking for a trustworthy financial institutionkeep looking. This place is a nightmare.
Totally unwilling to help with loan and credit cards. I needed to modify my car loan and credit card. absolutely no help at all. They offered no decrease in interest. Instead took my payments out to 84 months on the credit card and gave me 4 months on my car loan, and then it goes right back to an unaffordable payment. I wish there was a 0 star option. I have had to call America First nearly every month to make my car loan payment, my autopay quit going through and nobody was able to tell me why it stopped running. The third month I had to call them, they let me know that they "couldn't find my title". In addition to losing my title, the representative guaranteed that he reinstated my monthly autopay from my bank account. Horrible service, I try to make payments and everytime the transaction was rejected or decline by the bank, so I have to waste my time to go in person they said everything is ok, hours later I try to use it to buy my lunch and was decline again and thats being the last 2 years I dont recommend this bank, you will stressed out a lot with them
Absolutely horrible! I tried multiple methods to payoff my loan even using their, card, checking and wire method which charges me. They rejected ALL of them. Had to drive an hour away to payoff my loan because they ****. Weeks later, they send me an email that I am going to be charged for my monthly autopay. I spend HOURS on the phone. They assure me this cannot happen since my account is closed. Wake up today. THEY CHARGED ME $750 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR MY CLOSED PAID OFF CAR LOAN. I work at a dealership, and everyone I work with, including myself, all agree this is the worst credit union to work with! Especially when it comes to payoffs. I dread having to call them for anything regarding our customers.

They use predatory lending practices with seniors on fixed incomes, approving risky loans on cars and recreational vehicles.
