Always having problems with their systems being down. Cards not working, ATMs down, card processing is out, etc. If I cant make a transaction because of offline infrastructure I cant trust your organization. Only solution is to leave. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.

America First has denied to credit back an overdraft fee of $25 which occurred on May 27th by an unauthorized charge of $101.86 by ******. This is no fault of mine why this happened. Why they won't credit this back they won't tell me. I've been with this credit union for over 15 years and this is how I'm treated. I could understand if it was my fault but it's not. So I'm wanting this credited back to my account no questions asked!

This institution fraudulently ran a hard pull on my Experian credit report without my consent. I've expressed my concern over the phone with two different **** and they both tried to justify their incompetent behavior by acting as if it was clear before the application, that they were gonna run a hard inquiry before approval.... IT IS NOT STATED THAT A HARD PULL WOULD TAKE PLACE! I'm demanding this inquiry be removed and that this company is held accountable for it deceitful methods. 3 days now buying out my lease with ****** and **** cant even explain to the dealership what they need so I can complete transaction. I give up going to pick a new Credit Union so I can finish up buying out my lease, worst I have ever dealt with

This institution should be shut ******* is impossible to make a loan payment online or by phone. They want you to deposit your money into their accounts in order to make a loan payment. My account is always locked!I hope someone initiates a class action lawsuit against them and shuts them down!

Branch at Di*k's Store in *********, **. (I can't spell the whole name of the store, because the system thinks it's a profanity) HORRIBLE service and RACIST employees. I called customer service today (May 7th, 2025), due to some fraudulent activity on my account. The lady over the phone was beyond amazing; she answered all my questions, walked me through the whole process, stopped the charges, and cancelled my card. I will NEVER use America First Credit Union again. Their practices are completely unreliable and dishonest. I was lied to multiple times by different representatives, given conflicting information, and left in the dark when it mattered most. They clearly do not value their members or operate with any integrity. If you're looking for a trustworthy financial institutionkeep looking. This place is a nightmare.

Totally unwilling to help with loan and credit cards. I needed to modify my car loan and credit card. absolutely no help at all. They offered no decrease in interest. Instead took my payments out to 84 months on the credit card and gave me 4 months on my car loan, and then it goes right back to an unaffordable payment. As son as I Pay off America First Credit Union, I will take my business to Cyprus Credit Union. They are sincere and treat you like a human being. Thank you Cyprus C.U. you have a heart...
