Always having problems with their systems being down. Cards not working, ATMs down, card processing is out, etc. If I cant make a transaction because of offline infrastructure I cant trust your organization. Only solution is to leave. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.
America First has denied to credit back an overdraft fee of $25 which occurred on May 27th by an unauthorized charge of $101.86 by ******. This is no fault of mine why this happened. Why they won't credit this back they won't tell me. I've been with this credit union for over 15 years and this is how I'm treated. I could understand if it was my fault but it's not. So I'm wanting this credited back to my account no questions asked!
This institution fraudulently ran a hard pull on my Experian credit report without my consent. This institution should be shut ******* is impossible to make a loan payment online or by phone. They want you to deposit your money into their accounts in order to make a loan payment. My account is always locked!I hope someone initiates a class action lawsuit against them and shuts them down!

I will NEVER use America First Credit Union again. Their practices are completely unreliable and dishonest. I was lied to multiple times by different representatives, given conflicting information, and left in the dark when it mattered most. They clearly do not value their members or operate with any integrity. If you're looking for a trustworthy financial institutionkeep looking. This place is a nightmare.
