I was told I was approved and send all requirments **** and tax return and they denied it saying they could not verify my income. My wifes credit score over 800 and still denied. I feel profiled and denied on good payers really upset me! They need to be fired and take back my credit hit since this is a profiled decision! They could have done my wifes creidt onlly and we are not even asking for a lot!

America first is the worst credit union/bank I've ever dealt with and I used to be a ***** Fargo member. Long story short. I called to complain I could not receive my money. They inform me I had outstanding balance (in which I was homeless and searching for a job) then tell me they have tried to contact me about it (only through them telling me they have overdraft charges through those stupid letters you get charging you $25 every time) when I tell them no they haven't called or anything they said well it's not out fault (ye... read more

What has happened to my beloved credit union???? I have been a customer for 25+ years, it is my long term checking/savings hub, have had all loans serviced and touted America First to friends and family as a great institution. Today my impression is shattered. I called to do a wire transfer only to be told my funds have to be in the account for 10 days in order to do so. I had a gap of 7 days to proof insurance for my new loan and this CU charged me ****** dlls even that I Sent them proof they never returned my money. The customer service over the phone usually took me an hour or more to answered. I call the dealership to report this matter. I was able to move my carloan to BofA to 1% less then AFCU never had a terrible experience with any credit union before. Never again I will alert all my friends and family in my social media about this credit union.

Scam of a bank! For some reason I can't wire transfer my owns funds out of my own bank because they are trying to protect my funds. Makes perfect sense? I can't wait for the banking system to collapse, Crypto is the future. F the banking system. F America First Credit Union. Worse bank I have ever been with. Do your self a favor and go to a traditional bank. Credit Unions are scams all around. Closing my bank and credit card this week.

Dont fall for the bs they try to offer you debt consolidation but its all bs I ran my credit to buy a home and my mid score a 685 they try to tell me my score *************************** didnt even hesitate, mind you I paid off one auto loan 3 years early I have a credit card through them I pay off every month and I had my dog pass away mid summer 2021 but after trying to save him ?? that I ended up occurring the debt but he still didnt make it. After reading so many bad reviews I felt obligated to come on and tell my experience. I have been a member of AFCU for 28 years. I have had almost all of my car loans through them from purchase to payoff. I have three checking accounts and many savings accounts with them. I LOVE THIS BANK. They have taken excellent care of me at every turn. When my card was used for fraud they immediately returned the money. I went to deposit $400 at this location on 8/25/2021 and the teller said I had only sent $300. After their investigation the branch manager called me to tell me that they couldn’t exactly tell on camera how many bills were sent (4 $100’s is what I sent) and the teller was “shuffling” his hands like a normal transaction, but there was not a camera pointed on the employee during this transaction. I applied for auto loan face them all required documents and they keep asking for more after they said I was approved,then out the blue they denied after I sent my ID ,never gave me a legit reason and my credit is excellent,my business is in good standing. Trevor the supervisor never returned my calls to help me,never would I recommend American first credit union necee
