The specialist that came to my home, Deontae, was very professional. I was interested in having my lawn treated for fleas and he immediately added that request to my standing home treatment. Before he left he gave me a report on what services he had performed and even updated me on the condition of the ants he had seen.

For those of you who gave out a low rating to Alterra because you saw bugs after their visit and left the gate open: you're idiots. If you have a specific need, like closing the gate, you need to communicate that with the technicians so they can write it on your account for future references. Besides that, your dog should be inside or in the garage during the service. Gary and Deante provided excellent customer and pest service!!! These two men were on time, courteous, knowledgeable/informative, and quick/efficient. They fully understood the pest problem we were having and knew how to resolve the problem. I would definitely recommend Alterra pest control and would say that these two individuals did an excellent job representing their company!
