Chris Slaughter with Alterra provided great service today, he went above and beyond with his knowledge. My wife and I have been noticing what we thought were large rodent droppings in our garage he took the time to let us know it was droppings from a frog/toad. He even went as far to show us showing on his personnel phone. Like I said earlier he provided great service and would recommend him and Alterra to any friends and family of mine.
Joey G came saw and conquered. Explained everything very well. The fact that they granulated my outside made me feel very comfortable, especially when he walked us around and showed us the mounds that I hadn't seen. Could not have been happier with them.
