Ryan Stern and Chris Slaughter were very prompt in arriving at the scheduled time and conducted in a very professional manner. They were very good in their work. All the pests are now gone. Great service and Kudos to Chris and Ryan. Happy!!
Joey Gary arrived on time and was exceptionally courteous and professional. He addressed all of my concerns. It was miserably hot outside (over 100 degree heat index) and he was still smiling after treating the exterior of my home!
Just switched over to Alterra for pest control and today the service was done by Joey Gary. I was completely impressed with how polite he was. He spent much more time than I expected treating the garden and cleaning off cobwebs and wasp remains. I actually think he cares!! Refreshing to get that kind of service.
