Joey Gary was very polite and went out of his way to explain things to me and my husband. He also gave us extra tips for around the house to prevent pests from appearing that i had never heard about. We are very happy with service and extra knowledge that he gave us.
Our Service Pro, Kevin Tantillo, showed up right on time. He reviewed the control plan I had signed up for to ensure I was getting what I wanted. He then made sure I didn't have any additional concerns and also made sure that his work wasn't going to affect pets or food-bearing plants. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn't ask for more.
Walter Polentine was extremely polite and seemed genuinely interested in what pests I had seen. He was also very reassuring that my pets were completely safe with the treatments.
I just switched to Alterra from Terminix and I could not be more pleased. Joey G. and Ryan E were perfectly professional and explained everything they were going to do and everything they did along the way. I am very impressed by the service and thorough job. I never receiver this level of service from any pest control provider in the past!

I was very impressed with the service received by Alterra. They showed up exactly when they were scheduled and were very friendly. Ryan and Adam seemed genuinely concerned about my pest problems and seemed quite knowledgeable. Best of all, I am already seeing a lot of dead bugs.
The salesman Ryan was very courteous and professional. Explained everything perfectly! The technician Gary Nichols came today and was also very courteous and professional! Big A+ for this company! Would highly recommend!
A plus to Nathaniel Q. ( my service pro) who came out for my first visit with Alterra services. He was courteous and explained everything he was going to be doing before hand. He thoroughly treated my outside areas and the inside of my house, taking special notice to the areas I was concerned about. And even being careful to leave me an area to place my cat safely. The sales guy who came to the house was very professional and nice. Gary Nichols just completed my service. He was actually early (which is rare these days) and was thorough and polite. I set up a quarterly service and am looking forward to being bug free!
