My first service with Alterra was about a month ago but Joey Gary was really nice and professional. He did a thorough job of knocking the spiders down. He was on time with his arrival and didn't take long to complete.
These guys are very friendly and educated well of there job at task. They show alot of kindness. I have had two services, the initial and a free return and hardly anything has changed. I was aslo very dissatisfied in the simple fact that I was told that if in the event that I new my auto draft for the quarterly was ever an issue that i could call in and negotiate to make the payment. My tech Travis was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to understand the initial process and everything the treatment covered. Feel very comfortable that the tech did a great job on the treatment. I thought that the trained monkey in the Alterra uniform was a nice touch. Really surreal to watch the monkey spray the corners of the house as he explained the paper work to me. How many hours it takes to train a animal to do that, i will never know. Thanks again!
I had Alterra come today for my first service. They were on time to my home. Evan Crowley was very courteous and thorough in explaining all the details of the contract. And making sure that all areas of my home were covered.
I am basing this off my first hand experience with James Guerrero. He was friendly and knowledgable. Aligned with my wife concerns over spraying on the inside of our home.
