After having been an unsatisfied Orkin customer for the last year, I was super impressed with Joey Gary and Charles Delgado during this afternoon's initial service treatment. They were both very thorough in taking care of all of the spider webs outdoors and making sure our animals food bowls were not catching the over spray. Not only were they able to find the root cause of an ongoing ant problem on one side of the house, but found a HUGE wolf spider on the other side.
Alterra was recommended to me by a co-worker. At first, I was not very impressed. The servicemen were only at my house for 5-10 minutes, and I was still seeing spiders, ants, earwigs, etc. after two separate "treatments". When I called to schedule them to come out again, I expressed my concern and was able to talk to the regional manager. I found out that others had complained about the same servicemen and that they had been let go. They sent out another serviceman named Jeff Wolfe. I was impressed with the service Mirna Retana gave me during this visit. She listened to me and took care of my concerns. She also did a thorough job servicing my house and explained what she was doing. I am very happy with the service this young lady provided.

I have really enjoyed the enthusiasm of the people at Alterra. Chris Slaughter was our exterminator this time and he was no exception. Chris was polite and professional. He even found an Armadillo hole and knocked on the door to tell me about it and what to do. I am sure you get lots of complements but please accept another one for Chris!
