From Charles K; ......Billy Davis of Altera Pest Control came out for our quarterly treatment today and did an outstanding job in asking us about any specific issues or problems we may be having. He was thorough and then completely yet concisely explained everything he did. He was careful not to treat around edible and fruit bearing plants. GOOD JOB!!!
Colby Boohr was the service pro who did the pest control treatment at my house. He is very professional and had explained every single details to me. His service is great and impressive. I would like to have him back to do the service.
The Service Pro that came out to the house today was Joey Gary. He was thorough, professional,and very helpful. He explained what he did and provided additional assistance when we told him about recent pest issues that we have encountered in our home. We hope to have him service our home again.

My Service Pro today was JOEY GARY. He's been to my house several times and I would wish he was always the one coming to service my house. He's always right on time or even early for the appointment. His service is very thorough, checking all the areas of the house, which is something other guys don't do. Based on the initial and first quarter treatment, I am happy with Alterra's pest control service thus far. The number of indoor pests has declined significantly and there have been no new ant beds since. The ant beds that were treated have died. For the first quarter treatment, a rep called my house and left a polite message as to the day and time the servicemen would be at my house. Very friendly professionals. They wipe down the gutters and windows outside which I have never seen before with a pest control service. They also make sure to tell you what they did after the services are complete. Joey Gary and Shawn Ortiz are awesome!!
