We switched to Alterra for pest management ... As with anything new, I had concerns about getting the new service in place. This morning when our service pro, Riley M., showed up, he immediately put my concerns at ease. He was professional, friendly, and in tune with what we needed from him. Making the change to Alterra was a good and easy move.
V. Brown and Riley M. came to my home today promptly and efficiently treated my lawn and exterior of my home. Their professional attitude and courteous manners made me glad I chose Alterra!
Tanner provided my first pest control service today . He is professional , very informative, and arrived early. I can only hope this type of service will continue for years to come. Thank you Tom S.

Had my initial Service done. Joey was excellent. He along with another tech Raymon did a wondeful job. Joey was so thorough in explaining the things and helped find entry points for the pests. Would definitely recommend to friends. Both of them took care of everything thoroughly. 5 starts for Joey!!!!
We have been using this Alterra for years and have not had an issue with pests inside or out. When Miguel asked today if we need an inside spray, i had to think... their product is so good we hadnt needed an inside spray on a regular basis.
