James Powell was very friendly and professional. He came to spray the outside of my home and I told him of some issues we where having on the inside. He not only sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, but also came inside to spray the inside. If you get your home sprayed asked for James Powell, you wont be disappointed!
Raymon Mata did an execellent and through job while at our home. he is always very nice and takes extra care to keep the house clean if treatment needs to occur inside. I have recommended Alterra to all of my neighbors. One of the best things is they treat the entire yard! Not just the 10ft. that most companies provide.
Mickiela Wiley was thorough and thoughtful in her explanations. She asked about past and recent issues and also gave me a useful 'heads up' about keeping the family dog away from treated areas. That's something I wouldn't have known to do.
James Powell did an excellent job making sure my house was well taken care of during a very rainy and busy day. Alterra has done a great job with follow up, especially with a sugar ant problem we were having. Thank you!

Alterra came out for the quarterly service today. Before anything was done, the service rep, James Powell, inquired about our recent pest needs and made sure that those were addressed before his regular routine. He did a great job.
