Brain Hart came out. and treated my house and yard. He was very professional and polite. I'm impressed.
I am so happy that I made the decision to switch to Alterra. Riley M. came and serviced my lawn for the first time, and he was so helpful in answering any and all of my one thousand questions. Most importantly he made me feel comfortable to have my kids around, and was so understanding to my need to feel safe when someone new entered my home! I would absolutely refer him and Alterra to my neighbors and friends!

I am very impressed with Alterra so far. First, Seko F. came out and explained the treatment, payment, and warranty and we were sold. Then today, Sean C. came out for the first treatment and he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He listened to my concerns and assured me he would take care of the problem areas in my yard and near the garage!
Susan B. Jack Burgess was not only on time but a few minutes early. He was very thorough with the paperwork and was diligent about his work. Very pleasant, well mannered young man.
Jared A. Nick Charles was fantastic! He came out even though it was late and did a much more thorough job than the previous employee 2 weeks prior. He was very personable as well. Proud to report no new spiders!
