Jacqulyn R. My husband and i have had two really great experiences with Alterra. The first person who came out to our house was Brandon M. He walked us though everything and was very informative. The second time John B. came at 8PM on a Saturday and was the nicest person and took care of our house even though it was so late and a Saturday. He went over with us everything he was going to do. Overall we have had nothing but great experiences with Alterra.
Gaylan H. Casey does an excellent job servicing my home. She always is nice, friendly, efficiant, and fast. She is always willing to come out and service my home if I do not see results. Money well spent.
