Matt Sedlock did a great job when he treated our house today. He was very thorough and mentioned a couple of issues that he noticed so that we could keep an eye on them. We are hoping he is the Service Pro the next time a treatment is needed. Thanks!
Steven Mata treated my house, and he was awesome. He was professional, and even though my puppy kept trying to play with him, or growl at him, Steven was very patient and friendly with him. Duane J. It was a pleasure to meet Matt Sedlock last week when he arrived to apply our scheduled treatment. We recently adopted a dog, so I had a natural concern with possible affects caused by the yard treatment. Matt took the time to answer all my questions and his confidence explaining the product re-assured me that our dog would be OK...and he is! I look forward to seeing Matt next quarter.
I have a regular contract with Alterra and today James Powell came out to take of my surprise house guests (found tunnels in my attic insulation made by mice/rats while servicing my air conditioning units). He has been a outstanding rep before and today was no different. He placed the traps and explained how this would be the most efficient method and placement to get rid of the critters. James Powell & Johnathon Brown are great representatives of what customer service should be - friendly, prompt, informative, and obviously care about their customers. We have had a great experience with Alterra and appreciate the friendly, thorough pest control services they provide.
Steven Mata was very friendly, thorough and professional. He asked if I had any pest problems and I mentioned I did but could not tell if it was a water beetle or mice problem. He investigated and said it was likely mice. He left glue boards behind and said that they would return to remove them if I could not bring myself to look at captured mice! Great customer service.
