I was very pleased with the service provided by Alterra. My service Pro was Casey Bowman. She was very prompt. In fact, she was at the house 10 minutes before the scheduled time and waited patiently. She answered all my questions and did a thorough job of treating the house. She was smiling and wasn't in a hurry to get done with the work. She took her time and did a good job. She even left a "have a great day" note on my receipt with a smiley. I am very pleased with both the sales person Brett and my service pro Casey.
