Michael B***d came a few days earlier in the rain. I asked to reschedule and he was so polite - even after driving all the way across town for my scheduled service. He was equally friendly & professional on the return trip to complete my service. Michael has a great attitude.

Micklela Wiley did a great job in understanding our needs and took great care of all the ants in my backyard and also performed service inside on my request.
Welinton was very polite and professional. He did a thorough job throughout the house, in the yard and garage. Time will tell if he was effective. We had only just started service with Alterra when we had to go away for a month. Upon our return we were very disappointed to find an ants nest in our driveway, numerous cobwebs above our front door, muddobber nests on our patio and a cockroach in the kitchen.
