Alterra service pro, Raymon Mata, provided excellent service. In addition to giving advanced notice, he arrived in a timely manner. He explained the plan of treatment well and reported what to expect. Not only did he provide efficient and informative service, he was polite and respectful to my home. Matt Wedlock was very professional when he visited us today. He asked if we had any specific issues and set off to work. He was courteous and explained what he had found once he was complete. He called to advise me he was on the way and was happy/friendly. I have had excellent service from Alterra over the last year and will continue to stay with them. Matt Sedlock is always very pleasant and has a great attitude. We always feel like we are his favorite call of the day. I suspect he makes all of his customers feel the same way!
We have used a myriad of different pest control companies over the years, and experienced a multitude of service technicians accordingly. James Powell, our current Service Pro from Alterra, is at the very top of that long list of technicians. With an excellent service format of telling you what he's going to do, then actually doing ALL of it, and finishing with a recap of the completed project.
