Joey Gary came out and did todays quarterly service I was very impressed. Very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable about the products and procedures. He seemed to genuinely care about my home and pets. I will recommend Alterra Pest Control to my famly and friends!
The service guy for Alterra, J. Gray was extremely nice and professional. I was home during the service and was very impressed how thorough he was. I also had a few questions regarding the pest problem I was having and he was more than happy to take the extra time to talk to me about it. I would definitely recommend Alterra to all my family and friends.
Alterra has provided excellent customer service from day one. Joey Gary came to the house recently and was exceptionally professional and thorough. I am very appreciative of Alterra's obvious emphasis on listening and responding to customer needs with a great attitude.
Friendly no hassle service. They take care of ants in the yard and flower beds as well as knock wasp nests off of the house each time they visit. Jeff Wolfe did a great job our last quarterly visit knocking down wasp nests in hard to reach places. I like that they don't typically need to treat the inside of the house but will if there are any signs of insects in the house. They will come out and treat the house in between quarterly appointments for free if you have any issues.
This complany is fantastic! They were able to cathch the mouse that had moved into our home and was enjoying our company. After the mouse was taken care of Alterra would return every quarter and treat our home and yard. When we moved, we had lots of spiders and ants. J. Garvin offer wonderful service at a reasonable price and their employees Hayden Glazener is thoroughly knowledgeable at pest control. Very courteous and accountable service in North Houston area.
Although I have had some scheduling issues with Alterra, the service has been great. Thank you Joey Gary for a job well done. I learned more about ants and beatles than I ever dreamed. Very knowledgable about what does!!!
