Find an honest mechanic is not a easy task...but once you got there is very comfortable and secure see the way that they treat you.. sk...but l was recomended
Today I came across Alonso Transmission because my car broke down..having spoken with 3 auto repair shops before them to all say the same thing my transmission needed to be replaced however when I spoke to Ralph...he was amazing he eased my concerns to advise me my problem may be a cable from what I told him.. he then proceeded to advise me he could send a tow truck since my car was stranded...wow I thought this is great...when I was ready to have my car picked I then spoke with Ray which too was amazing..he worked promptly ... read more
This has to be the best shop in South Florida. It's the best customer service I have ever had! Ray is beyond great with his customer service, and they are sure to treat you like family. Everyone is extremely friendly and also extremely knowledgeable. They did an utterly amazing job with my 2006 GTO, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has any transmission problems. 5 stars in every category!
Last week I noticed that the transmission on my Cadillac Escalade was slipping. A day later, it would not shift out of first gear. I was very worried as repairs on an AWD Escalade are extremely expensive, and sure enough, my warranty just ran out. I called the dealer, and was told they had 6 days worth of backlog, and they gave me a rough estimate of $5k to $8k. The service advisor actually recommended I just get "rid" of my truck. I replaced my transmission with a used one I bought because of past bad experiences with other transmission shops. When I tested the transmission, it had a problem with 3rd gear it would do a bang when shifting. I was told to go see Ralph at Alonso Transmission by the junk yard I bought the transmission from, when I arrived I was attended by Ralph I explained to him the problem. One day 2 weeks ago my car started with a banging on tge floor and I couldn't drive it over 30 miles/hr. I started researching online for places to bring it to be fixed. These guys are legit, great customer service. Ralph was awesome took my car in they checked it out and come to find out it was just low on Fluid, they filled it up for free!! I highly recommend Alonso Transmission.
Had a great experience. Rey, was extremely friendly and very cooperative. Worked out prices, showed the work that needed to be done. Towed the car and evaluated it before any work or agreement was done. Replacing a transmission is never a good experience but the customer service definitely made me feel comfortable. Thank you!
Great guys check out my car for free and even measured the level of the oil on my trans. Didn't push or sell me anything I didn't need.
