Great experience with these guys. Ray, their service manager, was awesome and was very willing to help out his much as he could. He even asked me to come back in 10 days for a free follow-up to ensure the work had been done well the first time. Highly recommend Alonso's.
Excellent customer service! Took our car here to get a 2nd opinion after being told that it had "transmission issues" at another shop. The technician spent over an hour looking at the car and didn't charge us anything because he couldn't find any issues. It is rare to take your car for a repair and not have the shop find some little thing they can fix to make $. Appreciate their honesty!
I just took my 2010 VW Jetta that had work done at the dealership twice for the transmission and then again to change it completely. After 3 tries and still problems, I took my car to Alonso. I had two other cars that I brought here and both times they did a great job and this time around, they didn't disappoint either. Outstanding customer service. Ray and Ralph were very helpful explaining what my transmission problem was and how best to repair it. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the price I paid. I would highly recommend this shop. Very thorough 10 day followup inspection.
I am an ASE certified diesil technician. And I was having a problem with my transmission. Carmax took it alonso transmission and it was the best thing they could have done. Ralph was beyond helpful with me and delt with my annoyance with the upmost profession. He didn't hid any thing from me. Showed me every thing. And NEVER threw parts at it to guess. He made sure he fixed the problem to the T. I will recommend this shop and group of men to any one. Best customer service I have ever delt with thank you guys.

WOW is all I can say. Ray is super and so is Ralph. Took my 2001 Toyota Rav 4 (185,000 miles) with a slipping transmission. Ray immediately checked the car's transmission and gave a diagnotic and an estimate as I waited. Car was done on time of estimate and feels good as new
