Alonso Transmission has helped me in the past by accurately diagnosing a worn out driveshaft+carrier bearing which my previous mechanic did not diagnose. Since then, I've taken my vehicle back for major work on the front suspension and braking system. They have gone above and beyond expectations and courtesy.
Alonso transmission was recommenced to me by my good friend and mechanic Doug. I contacted Mr. Rey Alonso at the transmission repair shop, who provided me with information regarding the repairs, along with the cost of the needed repairs. My mechanic gave me Alonso's Transmission contact information after diagnosing a bad transmision. I called on a Saturday at 10 AM and Ray sent a tow to my house to pick up the key and then to the car's location, for free. Ray told me i was going to have to wait untill Monday for an in-depth diagnosis and a no-strings-attached estimate. Excellent service from beginning to end. My truck was having shifting problems and could of sworn it was transmission problems. I went to another garage and without even looking at the truck they wanted to charge me $1400. At Alonso Transmission, Ray had it looked into and sure enough it was something completely different for a lot less.
