This place was a real Blessing for me I took it here for a second opinion. After i was told by a previous shop that i needed a rebuilt transmission. They took a look at it here and it turned out for the best turned out all i really needed was transmission fluid. Ray and Ralph at Alonso's are very honest people and didn't try to rob me. I appreciate them so much. Awesome service i would recommend them time and time again
I just love this place. They heard what I had to say and explained what happened with the car. They calmed me down and made me feel at home. They really care about the client. They go over the limit to fix our problems. I really recommend this place
Took my 2000 Ford with transmisison problems. Ray and Ralf did an excellent job in explaning what the issues were and they even picked me up at home when the job was finished. Very professional and clean shop. They have a customer in me for life.
Alonso Transmission did a great job on my transmission. They have great customer service and will try to help you with whatever problem it is that you are having. I had spoke to Ray over the phone first and had explained my situation with my transmission. He told me to bring it in and so I did. I live in Miami by myself and when my car broke down I started immediately looking for a Transmission Repair Shop until I came up to Alonso Transmission through the internet and I chose to have it repaired at this place based on the positive reviews it had. They provided a Flatbed to pick it up at my place of residence. Needless to say, my car was ready in two days and the treatment I received was professional in every way. I even got picked up at my place of employment to get my vehicle.
Alonso Transmission did a fantastic job on my car . They rebuilt my transmission and are fast , super professional and very nice . They even cleaned up my headlights when I went to pick it up . I would recommend them to anyone !! My car hasn't run so good in years
Alonso Transmission worked on my Ford Escape earlier this month. I was in a situation where I could not drive the car anywhere and was not sure where to go. We would recommend this place one thousand times!!!!! Jeep Sahara needed its transmission replaced. I spoke with Ray, the manager over the phone, who quickly sent over the tow truck to pick up my Jeep in Hialeah. He called me back shortly after to let me know he had assigned a Mechanic to look at the vehicle. Ray explained everything to us in laymen’s terms and not mechanic’s language.
