Great Customer Service, did my transmission a year ago had no problem until just recently, took it back in so they could have it checked and fixed the problem with free of charge.. Fully recommend them, very reliable...
After just over a month of my mom not having a car, going to no less than 3 reputable places to pin point the PROBLEM with a 2005 Cadillac SRX (what a nightmare)!! But not with Alonso Transmission! The place to go when it comes to transmission for your car. My mom spent weeks trying to find the perfect shop or mechanic to finally see what was wrong with her 2006 Suzuki Reno. Lots of mechanics did not bother in actually diagnosing what was wrong with the transmission and they all assumed that the transmission was messed up and the solution was getting a new one. While I still admit the customer service is great here at Alonso, I am not certain that the repair work was what I paid for. After $4000, a new transmission and a few weeks of trouble shooting, I am still unable to drive my car at high speed without a strange vibration - even after an additional repair for an additional $450 at a separate repair shop as recommended by the folks there at Alonso Trans. Customer Service is alive and well here at Alonso Transmission. I was directed to this shop through a close mechanic friend and they immediately helped me on my beloved Escalade. It was leaking much oil and they were very professional in the handling of it. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Much thanks to Ralph and Ray for this great experience
I want to thank Ray for his highly professional and quick service.He had been recommended to me by a close friend, Ray kept me informed with the issues of my truck not only did he took care of the problem but he went the extra mile. I will definitely take my vehicle there again for service and recommend him to others. Ralph was instrumental as well.
If you want honest, cost-conscious, prompt service then see Ralph or Ray at Alonso Transmission. I was told by the dealership that I needed a new transmission and that it was going to cost me over $5000 on a 2003 Altima. I want to thank Ralph from Alonso Transmission. His willing to help and professionalism helped me tremendously on saving quite a few dollars on my vehicle. Mind you all his help was via phone and knowing that I was only shopping for prices and he was not going to do the work, he made it a point to still help me. In a world that seems like most people and businesses are just out to make a buck, it's refreshing to deal with people like Ralph that are honest and really want to help others. I went over to Alonso Transmission with a hope to resolve a difficult repair and Ralph saved me from having to spend over $1,000 to fix my issue. He had a genuine desire to help me.
