Rey and Ralph is equal to: One of the best transmission shops in Miami. Good and clear price. Rey kept me informed with the job progress and the job was completed in only two days. It was a pleasure dealing with both Ralph and Ray. It had been a while since I had experienced true customer service. My transmission was put in within 24hrs and my truck is back on the road. Ray is a Gentleman and probably the biggest asset in the Organization. From the minute I pulled into the parking lot Ray and Ralph assisted me with my Isuzu Rodeo. They fixed the transmission in a timely manner and even offered to come in on a holiday just to return my vehicle. Every one at the shop was very courteous and I even learned a thing or two about transmissions. I highly recommend everyone to stop by and get your car repaired, Cuban Coffee is optional.
