Make sure you ask for Ray. He was incredibly honest and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. If I ever have car trouble again I will be sure to go to Alonso Transmission. They are first class!

After being carless for over a month as the place where I got my car fixed left me hanging with the repair, I was highly recommended to contact Alonso Transmission. Be sure to ask for Ray. He will patiently explain everything and answer all questions. After repairs are done and you pick up your auto, Ray will go through the bill with you, slowly, line by line. Ray may make recommendations while your vehicle is in process of being repaired but without the hard sell. Again, very patient and will slowly explain everything. Bottom line..."Excellent customer care!!!"

Very friendly , great service, I was having trouble with my truck that nobody could figure out the problem. I dropped it off on a Monday it was ready on Thursday as promised and now works perfect ! Great job !!!

My Dodge Dakota has been having all kinds of problems for a couple of years now and lately it had been getting worse. Stranded at a McDonalds with a broken clutch, we were fortunate to have found Alonso Transmissions online. They dispatched a tow truck, called us when the car arrived, evaluated the repair and worked with us to get it fixed at a reasonable price. Their service and professionalism are second to none. I took my car to Aamco transmission at 7247 SW 40 st in Miami, Fla. Aamco advised me that it was some parts bad in the transmission and to open up the transmission was $325 plus whatever others parts bad once they open transmission and it will cost me up to $1,300, I did not Aamco trans believed them. I took my car to Alonso transmission at 7007 SW 13 Ter in Miami,Fla. and inspected my car and told there was nothing wrong with transmission, only missing 1 quart of transmission oil. I went because of the reviews and now I"m writing one. These people should be in the restaurant business , they would make a killing. They treat you like you're the only customer in the world (a good thing). They rebuilt my transmission and my car now runs better than when new. The gears shift so smooth, I can't believe it. They are the best !!!!

Another satisfied customer here. Quality service. This is my go to place for transmission issues. I wouldn't trust just any ole mechanic with replacing my transmission. Going to Alonso I know I am dealing with professionals. I was told the job was going to take 3 days and I received a call on the 3rd morning letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I love that. Also had an issue with something else which they resolved without an additional charge. Thank you.
