We love staying at Aloft hotels because we know exactly what to expect with the rooms and know the beds are great for our whole family. This weekend, I took my 3 kids. My oldest is 8 and has special needs. He had a meltdown (a loud meltdown) and the hotel staff were very supportive even if our neighboring rooms were not. We had opted to leave so we didn't keep other guests awake, but the staff moved us to a room without neighbors and we were able to stay. There is something to say about a staff that has heart.
Handed keys to a room that was occupied. Thankful gentleman in room placed deadbolt. Scared both of us. Given another room. Toilet innards broken. Place was not fit to stay in and will never book again. No one was in charge. Heard several other guests complain. External door entrance didn't work. Hot tub didn't work. Just a complete hot mess. Do not waste your time, effort or money booking this joke.
Nice place. Doesn't get a 5 Star only because we didn't have a microwave in our room. When my kids called to ask about a microwave, they were told that there's a microwave in the lobby. But all is well! The young man at the front desk (Hunter) was a very pleasant young man. We had a lot fun while we were there. If not having a microwave in our room is the biggest issue during our stay there then we are doing good!
the hotel was under staffed or something was going on. There was about a group of 10 of us staying there in separate rooms and most of us had house keeping issues.when we left for the day and came back in the evenings, our rooms weren't always clean. There was still wet towels on the floor, Trash had not been taken out, and our towels had stains on them. other than that the place was great the lobby area and bar had a fun atmosphere. The 3 staff members i did see there were very friendly.

I love how easy going and lonely and kind the ppl are ....
The bartender was amazing...great customer service.. So was the lady that checked us in... This is a great hotel for a date night dave and busters is next door.. We will come back for the next short getaway.. I think both the bartender and front desk rep from my stay on feb 11th need a raise
