EVERYTHING!!!!!! We made reservations on 10/26/22 for a room with two double beds for the night of 11/12/22. We checked in via the email link they sent the DAY BEFORE so a normal person would assume THE ROOM WOULD BE RESERVED!!! The night we arrived we were told they did not have a room available for us along with several of the other parents who reserved rooms (we are here from Fort Worth, TX for soccer games)! Our vehicle, as well as a few other guests vehicles, was broken into during our stay last night. Would not stay here again.
Car was broken into. Not a safe place to stay.
RecommendedGREAT clean hotel that is pet friendly. Super cute decor, comfy beds, friendly staff. Ask for a first floor room if you have a dog it’s very convenient. I felt safe walking my dog alone at night and in morning.
While the customer service from staff was great, the actual hotel was awful. When we reserved our room a month in advance online, it didnt charge the account until the day we checked out, and now my account has been charged twice resulting in over draft charges and I can't seem to get in contact with anybody. Worst experience ever!
The staff was amazing. The bed rates 10 stars! The pillow 10 stars. After the concert my back was killing me. I’ve looked for years to find a mattress this good and I have bought many and failed. We did have to switch room because our first room ac Was broken. The staff quickly acted on helping us out and booked a different room. The only downside is it is a loud hotel. The staff was so kind. They made you feel at home if anything was an inconvenience in any way they did their best to make up for it. Best service at any hotel I have ever stayed. The food was great and rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower needs more pressure that is my only complaint.
Tried to check in and was put in a MOLDY ROOM WITH WATER LEAKING through the carpet and walls. Asked to be moved and they put us in a super musty smelling room. We then asked for our reservation to be transferred to the downtown location and they would not. We called aloft downtown to get reservations but their call center told us not to “get sideways” when we told them we were frustrated because black mold is a severe health risk. I will never stay there again.
