Second time staying at this hotel. First time I was upset because the website is misleading and shows a pool indoors. This time around things just got much worse. Checked in on Tuesday and out wednesday. Slow internet and the rooms need to be cleaned. The sheets were either stained or worn really thin. Is it acceptable for the comforters to be lumpy? Bartender was busy on her phone so I didn't even bother to go have a drink. Very disappointed in my stay and will be looking elsewhere to get away.
Worst experience I've ever had. Ruined my experience to see Madonna in concert. Never again. Booked weeks in advance. Confirmed my reservation the day of they couldn't even find my reservation. Finally after speaking to a supervisor my reservation showed up WTF?!? Then go to check into hotel after hours of driving to find out it was booked at a different location THAN what was confirmed! The receptionist couldn't do anything to help no manager was available to speak with and now we have to drive 20 minutes away from our dest... read more

Wow sound carries! Heard every person walking down the hallway and complete conversations from neighbors! Also with layout of bathroom, you better not be shy of staying with friends! Can't hide sounds or light. Comforter had so many lumps it was ridiculous!
The rooms are incredibly small for the price. But it was good walking distance to Dave and busters.
It's an Aloft. It's like every other Aloft but harder to find because it's behind a Dave and Busters and a furniture warehouse.
