Had a pleasant interaction checking at the front desk with Shannon who much to my surprise was bartending the next evening. Very efficient all the way around!! I visit from Dallas occasionally and this is my go to place. It never disappoints.
Very disappointed, I've stayed at many Aloft locations and this one doesn't come even close to the others, felt more like a motel 6. Seems like this location is not cared for properly. The pool was filthy for Memorial Day weekend, had dirty towels, even the smell in the rooms and hallways were not pleasant. Completely unsatisfied.
The room did not get cleaned. Trash left on the floor and didn't look like they even tried to run the vacuum cleaner. There were. I towels in the hot tub area and mold was on the floor by the shower in there too. The pool is green and unusable. We were told that it would be open for the holiday weekend. NOT. Cut our stay a day short because of that. Inattentive staff. Shower door in the room would not close all the way so the bathroom floor was wet when you get out. They did clean that up. Was a decent hotel. Very loud in the evening. And the. To pay for breakfast was crazy. And furniture has rubbed walls paint tore up. Lights out in hall way. Needs to be cleaned better as soon as you exit elevator dust was everywhere.
I was just there as part of a group in town for a soccer tournament. The desk staff was very nice and the bed comfortable but that was where the positive ended. Firstly my reservation was wrong on my confirmation email. While that was easily corrected there were other issues. Our shower leaked so badly that the bathroom floor was soaked even with a towel down. The frosted glass between the shower and bedroom was NOT dark enough. You can see through it clear as day. Was hoping to make this our Tulsa Hotel. Shower ruined it for me. No temperature sensor. Only option was scalding hot or freezing cold. Had to rinse the shampoo out of my hair in the sink. Enough to ruin a morning and stay for sure. Won't be back. Worst shower at any hotel I've ever stayed in.

Great customer service from all the staff. Jessica was wonderful. Everything was clean. The bed was really comfortable, not to firm or soft. The place is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again and greatly recommended. Its near lots of restaurants and stores. FYI they have a Sauna!
