The lobby was super nice however our room had obvious water damage on the ceiling. The wardrobe area was severely damaged. On top of it all the decorative pillows were ripped. The convenience of the location was the only plus to our stay.
Beware of youth soccer teams staying on the weekends. I booked a relaxing weekend getaway only to find myself adjacent to a block of jr. high soccer kids. Their coach was across the hall and I shared a wall with a room of kids. They weren't even poorly behaved; they were just being kids without parents in a hotel. Doors constantly opening and closing; running in the halls. The worst was being awakened by the coach knocking on doors at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. So much for sleeping in. Me and my wife stayed 1 night there on our honeymoon my aunt payed for the room for us well first they charged our card for the stay so my aunt just payed us for it no big deal right well now 2 weeks later they charged us 89$ AGAIN! so i called up there and they took it off i wake up 2 days later they charged us AGAIN!!! SO NOW IVE BEEN CHARGED 3 TIMES FOR 1 NIGHT I WILL NEVER EVER BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.
Booked a couple of weeks ago, but think there may have been problem with payment. Tried to e-mail them to find out how best to attempt again, but got an e-mail back saying that their e-mail address doesn't exist. So I thought I'd message on here, as the page says they typically reply immediately. After a week, they haven't even looked at my message. We stayed here last New Years and enjoyed the visit...so we came back for another Friday night to see COMMEDIAN Ron White at nearby River Spirit Casino. Excellent staff, clean room, pet friendly, good location. Probably be back again this New Years!
