Always a good experience and good staff always helpful. My husband and I go there every time we go for a date night out. It's close to all the restaurants and theater. Love it here
It's really unique layout in the rooms very modern. The wxyz bar was a little disappointing, no drink list, one bartender and a bit boring. It was a little pricey.
Beautiful hotel...very modern and angular...the room was clean and the bedding was soft...one problem - a dirty towel had been left behind...
Amazing place enjoyed my stay. They have a lounge area and bar. They have a pool table and a place to get food. You can order breakfast in the morning. The room itself was very cozy with a king size bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower was nice as well. I liked the fact they have dispensers in the shower for body wash and shampoo. They have nice hookups for your pc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone. They also have a hot tub.
Our check-in was friendly and efficient. The "lobby" with pool table looks trendy and modern. Our room,however was a disappointment. It smelled very musty and the comforter was so lumpy I mentioned it to the front desk clerk. He said they were all that way from so many washings. The bed was not comfortable and the air conditioner was very noisy. The bath area is tiny and contains the itty-bitty closet. We won't choose an Aloft again.
RecommendedFast elevators, easy access microwave and lobby. We didn't use the pool, but the beds were the softest things ever and the room had great lighting. Even though our shower leaked onto the floor, it was still a nice bathroom and we loved having the mini fridge.
Very comfortable rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. A little difficult to get to from the streets, but not horrible. I did have to ask for more toilet paper.
