RecommendedWe stayed here with our 2 dogs during the week of Christmas 2016. The staff was very friendly, the bartender's were awesome, and they were very accommodating to our needs. Another visitor's dog got loose and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that the dog was taken care of until the owner came by.
When we checked into our room got ready to go to bed and pulled back the blankets there was black hair all in the bed!!we had to get a new room.when we got into the new room the first thing I did was step on a razor that someone had left behind!!! There was also toenail clippings all in the bathroom! Very disgusting!not to mention that the shower leaked so bad into the bathroom floor it took three towels to clean it up!!
I love this aloft! The location is great, it's in a quite safe area! Walking distance to Dave and busters! This is my second stay here, and I have no complaints! It's worth it! Always clean and friendly staff! They take care of any flaws, if any! Forget the downtown aloft this one is best! Also maintenance is amazing, they guy is so helpful and keeps the hotel in shape!
The room was great. The bed was so soft you just melt into it. The people are very nice and helpful.
Very disappointed that we never got the complementary dog beds, special trees, or toys that they talked so much abt when i made the reservation, but i was offered an old blanket that r just for dogs, no ty... grrrrrrrrr... Also beds spreads and bed are lumpy, that's right, I've never seen a lumpy bedspread before this...
Not much like the pictures depict it to be. Property is mentioned as non smoking, that is jot all the case. There is a patio area with a picnic table almost exclusively for smoking located right next to the pool. The pool was slimy and not skimmed out in the time were there. Our room wasn't cleaned, had to go to the front desk everyday to request toilet paper ( angel soft Brand ). Liked the lobby area and room set up. However, they overbooked double rooms so family had to split up. Rooms not clean at check in and no towels in one room once we got in. We had a big group of ball players and two cut their feet in the pool. Staff really did not know how to handle the situation. Could not even really tell staff from guests.
