The doctor is ok, but expect to be there at least 2-3 hours. Also, since he joined Millennium it's all changed. Someone else now answers the phones and is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not let you leave a message for the doctor unless she knows what I want to talk about. Denied me to leave him a message. She said I had to book an appointment and pay my copay of 75.00 to just mention something to him. Also, they will surprise you with unexpected bills. I have had 3 visits and have seen the doctor for approximately 3 minutes. He did do surgery on me and maybe I saw him for another 3 before the surgery. Each time the wait was 2+ hours. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer, but will not use him!

I had an 7:50 am appointment on 03/30/21 with Dr. Sousa and in stead the Assistant walked in at 9:10 am to give the results of test that was ordered. So you're an 1 hour and 10 minutes behind and I don't see the Doctor . The same think happen on my first appointment with a PA coming in an not the Doctor but I requested to be seen by the Doctor. I didn't make the appointment with a PA it was with the Doctor . GET YIUR HOUSE IN ORDER DOC.

After an ER visit the night before for a kidney stone, the office squeezed me in the next day with no appointment. I am extremely grateful for that. Dr. Miranda-Sousa, as usual, goes out of his way to answer any questions you may have and explain your situation. I have been seeing him since 2013. We need more people like him in this world.

Horrible rude staff. Wait times are way out of line. Office is incompetent in schedules . Hopefully his staff will pay the invoice thats coming for my time waiting.

Dr. is excellent. Staff is lousy. Twice I have checked in and then been forgotten. When I go to the desk I get "Oh, my goodness, come right back!! Am considering changing doctors. Not because of Dr. Miranda- Sousa, but because of his staff. This needs to be brought to his attention. Usually this is taken care of by his office manager. Maybe he is not aware that this is happening. Very upset after today's visit. I hope he sees this. If I decide to keep my next visit, I will mention this to him.

Unfortunately, this review is not good news. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Miranda-Sousa. Not only did I have to wait over two hours, but I was seen by a physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) and not the doctor that I made the appointment for. No mention of seeing a PA/NP was made when I scheduled the appointment with the doctor. I arrived early and had to wait for over two hours with a room filled with patients.
