I’ve had a variety of urologist in my life since I was a teenager. I can say without hesitation that Dr. Miranda-Sousa is the very best available. I would literally trust him with my life if I had to. He is a man of compassion beyond what you’ll find in usual physicians. Yes he is also a surgeon, but you will find that he will recommend only what is best for the patient. That means recommending or not recommending a surgery based on what is best as a treatment.
I am giving a 4. My experience was good. The wait time to see the doctor was to long. But everything else good
Everyone in the practice is friendly and accommodating. Dr Sousa has great personality and thoroughly explains everything.
Treated more than a patient, the visit was very comfortable talking to Heloisa APRN and Dr Sousa MD
The wait time is totally unacceptable. A two hour wait for a 15minute visit.
Everyone at the office was very kind and knowledgeable. They answered all questions and gave me a sense of comfort and security that I was in the perfect hands

I didn't go to the Dr. To see the Medical Assistant. Of 5 appointments I saw the Dr. 2 times. I canceled my last appointment when I realized it was with the "MA". A Medacal Assistant is nowhere near an MD! I know more than he does! I didn't pay and drive and wait to see an MA! I have a new Dr. Not going back to this office.
